All shell plays are a shot in the dark. Things may happen fast, or not. We can speculate all night about what may or may not happen. I'm just happy I found out today what I did. Tomorrow is another day...

I don't mind waiting. I would much rather wait than settle to sell in sub-penny range. Not worth it at all, especially if a bigger move is coming. It seems Morey did not take his job to find a R/M candidate very seriously and took forever to do it, but shareholders who actually have something to really gain from a deal I think would be a little more diligent. As has bee noted a R/M deal can completed in weeks. If we have fresh, good people running the show, I think we could see a really good R/M deal.

It's all up in the air, but at least more pieces of the puzzle are coming together. IMHO.

If that filing was fraudulent, then people who sold at a loss as a result of the filing might have grounds for a class action lawsuit for being given false and misleading information. The stock could be mired in litigation.
