[NVS] didn’t…say what POC means, but…obviously NVS is very pleased with what they are seeing and have made it a global priority with an agressive research scheduele

The definition of PoC doesn’t vary much within the drug/biotech industry; in most cases it means: i) data showing some efficacy—but not necessarily statsig efficacy—from a small randomized trial; and ii) no evidence that the pre-existing thesis for the drug’s MoA is wrong.
