WRONG. And I'm gonna TELL you why it's wrong. Because I've actually READ a letter where the sec told a company that if they didn't do what they said in a timely manner, they WOULD post the uploads/correspondence on their site.......and NO, it wasn't JBII....
EVERYBODY knows that companies converse with the sec ALL THE TIME.......and RARELY is that correspondence filed on the sec site......but it still EXISTS......and they can reveal/post it on their site when they get their panties in a bunch..... ...z
