You really think that 40-50% of the shares sold on Friday in GOOG and AAPL were short? Of course not. Normal course of business taking longer to locate than immediate.
That's the point, anyone thinking the Reg Sho file indicates open shorts, let alone naked shorts, is clearly mistaken.
