Proof that Bandera is at the address that we say it is?

James from Ctec would not even know who Bandera is. You might as well talk to a fire hydrant. Ctec has been out of the building for two years already. Spoke with the lady that does Ctec's accounting this morning to confirm. They don't have an office in the building because they have moved out long ago.

I happen to know a guy on the south side of Edmonton and he went up to take a picture for me. Proves that they are legit and REAL.
