The first photo is from Google maps (with 2009 stamped on the bottom left corner), second is from BGL iHub page(2011). He conveniently cropped off dates on both pictures, as shown by another poster on that board(post#145).

That picture is over two years old. Bandera moved from previous office on 97th St to present one at 9320-49 St. Edmonton
