Oh, don't get me wrong, I agree with you Illfly, I am just saying, we don't know what's exactly happening (talks) behind the scenes on thoughts / ideas. I am just putting this out there in my opinion only that if someone is *Thinking* about a R/S being the only alternative, I really hope they will reconsider. Believe you me, it would not be a good situation for many investors in ENTI if a R/S took place. None-the-less, I don't believe the CEO of ENTI will do a reverse split (R/S), I believe Integrity will overcome and win out soon Lord Willing :)

The "no r/s" statement was made by Dibiase when he was CEO. To my knowledge the current CEO has not made a "no r/s" statement. Therefore, IMO, unfortunately a r/s is possible.

Tom never said anything about NOT doing RS. That was Dibiase that said it.

Equity Restructuring.... Very well could mean RS but could mean other things.

I certainly pray it isn't..
