"Leap of faith" does not apply if one knows and trusts the source of the information. If one trusts John11 then it is no leap of faith if the source has proven himself reliable. You doubt his word, then it is a leap of faith. If the source has proven oneself non reliable then there is room for great doubt and suspicion. Time will tell, but I doubt that many people are betting on any one statement by any one person.
