as far as I can tell if restitution is ordered when he is sentenced that we should recive money back. the amount of our losses where reported by F.N.R.A. to the court.
So We just have to wait until after march 26th (sentencing date)to see what the judge orders.
If anyone finds anything PLZ. post here...thanks
