How about cases where the PI was NOT upheld by the appellate court? Zipjet's brief research concluded all of the PI's in the list of PI's issued to prevent a generic launch were upheld, but I thought there was discussion here of some cases, presumably not involving generics, where the PI was vacated on appeal.
