Don't know why you are still stuck, my broker took mine last december.. cost me a dam 30 bucks for a worthless security liquidation fee, dam it. not to leave out the 2 grand lotto ticket..
but lotto is lotto so,, I'm more pissed it cost me 30 bucks!! lol
