Here is another PR from jan 2010 (2 years ago)

NavStar Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NVSR), a firm
focused on developing and commercializing multi-national asset tracking and monitoring devices for vehicles and high value cargo, today reveals a new distribution agreement for hardware and service sales in the US.

NavStar will partner with American Performance Technologies (APT), a manufacturer of high efficiency scooters, to sell products and services starting in the second quarter 2010. Initially the APT sales and marketing effort will be focused on selling scooters on college campuses in the US. APT will include the NavStar tracking and monitoring hardware as OEM equipment on scooters they manufacture. APT will also leverage their existing sales force to sell NavStar products and services into the aftermarket through relationships they have with more than 1,000 motorcycle/Scooter dealerships in the US. APT products are sold under the brand name MotoVox.

Troy Covey, Founder & President, American Performance Technologies, stated, "We are excited about the NavStar relationship and the opportunity to add the NavStar tracking and monitoring device to our scooters. Theft is a big factor in the scooter industry and an OEM tracking/monitoring device with a reasonable monthly service fee will be a significant product differentiator for us. We will be taking pre-manufacturing orders at the International Powersports Dealer Expo in February 2010."

"We have been in discussions with American Performance Technologies for about 6 months and are excited to take this next step in formalizing our relationship," said N. Douglas Pritt, Chairman & CEO, NavStar Technologies, Inc. "With 12 million students in US colleges and universities and the need for low cost, fuel efficient transportation plus the 'aftermarket' sales opportunity, APT feels that 5,000 NavStar devices is a reasonable expectation in the first 12 months. This is another $1.0M of revenue for NavStar in 2010/2011 and represents $4-6M of revenue over the next 4 years."

And now this new one, again with scooters
