it's obvious that people are getting tired of the temporary fading momentum. you can't sit here and tell me that this won't be trading higher once Q4 earnings are released, confirming what the company stated in their Q3 report.
it's entirely possible that BD is still shorting.
but, i have to disagree about the dilution. i would surmise that BD got rid of all their shares when there was volume for it.
