Sure, but then where it is illegal they won't be able to sell it. It is still #6 bilge oil. I'm pretty sure you can't run your car on it.

JBI can sell it as the CLEANEST #6 FUEL OIL ON THE MARKET.

Which will be pointless if #6 oil users switch their boilers over to nat gas because it's cheaper and far cleaner to burn.

I'll bet Juicin' Johnny could corner the buggy whip market, too! How many Pipes to re-tool, I wonder...
