I'd say .03 would be a better gamble.
You need to remember the possibility of a reverse split. 66 million shares is a large number of shares to split up earnings with. That comes out to one penny per share for each million dollars of earnings(Assuming CBQI can generate 1 million dollars).
So if your RVD with your 30K shares, you make $ 300 per year. Compare that to the guarenteed 5-6% you get from a CD and you can see the man is actually loosing money even if CBQI turns green. This assumes Bart uses 100% of the earnings to pay dividends.
I want the best for CBQI, but I also want to be realistic with my expectations. I've already lost 99%. I wont buy again untill the stock makes a definative bounce. Not even at 3 cents per share. No sir.
