that is without!!
I have been averaging numbers all day between the BTU values of each cord of different woods, market values of KwH, how much wood needs to be burn an hour to get the 20mwz, how much 20mwz is worth at an average market value and BAM! $17,520,000 a year for one plant...not with credits and that isn't including the treatment of the rail ties will actually increase the heat which will increase the BTU value!!!!!
