Well orchestrated bash on Equities.com's part to terminate deal with GBTR.

GBTR Why would Equities.com send the press release?

A private company that GBTR was conducting due diligence on?

What makes it their right to release that info? And not GBTR?

GBTR If the agreement was to include financing, weren't GBTR shareholders supposed to be informed of such agreements in a press release?

GBTR I know my interest in the deal might cloud my judgement, but my gut is telling me this is a head fake... To secure more shares at a lower price before they create a very large reverse merger rally - In My Opinion

GBTR is a fully reporting company and the forthcoming transaction is much more substantial the any of the previous ones that have been submitted thus far. Again, from what I am hearing, this is a revenue producing project. Let's see if this can be done. I have no reason to believe that it won't!
