As usual, the company and it's crooks ask we common shareholders to completely forfeit any chance of profiting from out shares. I would have voted no, but of course, the common shareholder actually has no voting rights with ecga. It's just a formality as per sec regs that ecga has to spend a little money notifying us. sheesh. Another one for the chit pile.
