Gary: a problem, IMO -- there is no 'professional investment community' on board here that I know of to interpret/react to the 10k properly & invest accordingly. So who's going to 'do right' by what the 10k says?
And BTW, will the 10k show a bottom-line profit, or a bottom-line loss after all the one-time charges for losing the loser affiliates?
And why the extension once again? Probably not Grant, Thornton's fault! They can only process what they receive. It's possible, you know, that Bart's a good leader but a poor manager (he or whoever is in charge in this area). There is no excuse, IMO, for the 10k of such a small company, even with its acquisitions, to be delayed so much as a day.
As far as the plane in China, etc.. I doubt that has any impact. No one is buying because everyone is holding their collective breath & waiting for hopeful turns-of-events. Besides, most of us are maxed out.
Without many new, big-time buyers, CBQI is up crick without paddle, no matter what the 10k says.
