4 kids, first of all, thank you for your quick response of the question i posed to you.( whether or not you'd volunteer as a forensic witness for jbii if necessary) secondly, i just called my brocker ( scottrade) i did not want my shares available for anyone out there to short.his reply was my shares are in a cash account and are not available to anyone.(just as you said) and that the only way they would be available or accesable to anyone would be if they were in a margin account. hope this helps a bit. thanks again for all of your dilligent work behind the scenes.
