JL, i'm not familiar with the survey you reported but the sentiment numbers i follow would indicate there remains far too much optimism out there. although i don't use it as part of my composite, just look at the activity in the semi's; everyone's still more afraid of missing the next big move up than anything else! not saying they can't rally, just that it would be tradeable and nothing more. not yet anyway.
