Dread not disagreeing with you. You may be 100% correct in your assumption of what CXO was up to. However if it is true I would hazard to guess that they engaged in illegal activity and Elliot Spitzer should be knocking on their door.

The response was responding hurriedly by a deadline? That's why there are so many errors? Dread, I am ashamed for you in that statement. Would a real company like Paychex put out something so embarrasing? IMAGE IS EVERYTHING and they blew it big time with an SEC filing as unprofessional as this.

You are kinda getting like trucker dread, trying intentially to misread our posts so that you don't answer the questions. I was thinking that if Ho's resignation letter gets put in a SEC filing, then we may have additional information to make judgements.
