NetCapital is purchasing Pervasip's debt, month by month, 4% of the debt every month.
And reselling that debt as soon as possible as Convertible Debentures, to be ultimately sold as (dilutive) shares.
NetCapital has no confidence in Pervasip's future business. If they had, they would have converted the debt into controlling ownership.
What NetCapital has confindence in, is the gullibility of PVSP's prospective shareholders.
Those shareholders have bought at least 95,000,000 of newly issued shares in 2011 alone, with another 150,000,000 shares to be issued in early 2012. And more shares to follow.
NetCapital is getting a good return on its non-investment. PVSP's shareholders, they get dilution, and ownership in PVSP's losses.
