Why not just round up a bunch of shareholders, buy your *own* shell (Passalaqua gets his for $50,000 a pop; that's nothing when you divide it among 10 people), and then take another $5000 or so and pay a web developer to build you your very *own* video upload site? They are not hard to build, nor do they take much time.
That makes a lot more sense than trying to get people to work for free for a professional flipper like Passalaqua, who is only gonna reverse-merge the shareholders into dust anyway?
You can also build one without a shell, obviously, but what would be the thrill in that?
