Ok, so that we are clear.

Do you agree or disagree that after someone has been booted off the island, if I *know* they are a new alias for that person, they should be booted off again.

Or do you think that someone, if they create another account after being booted, should be allowed back on the site if they sign back up. (This is the way I understood your first post on the topic)
