Ouch sorry to hear that but that makes sense. Maybe when the chill is lifted they will do it since it causes a "trade for trade" scenario?

I did transfer several different pennies from Scottrade to ETRADE in November last year EMXC included....this must be a relatively new change.

but etrade refuses to transfer the penny securities
