Part of the incentives depended on meeting annual targets, if I recall correctly from the government version of the PR. I suspect that at least the jobs target was missed.
But Arista should be able to meet the remaining requirements if they are successful with the military: "Under Phase One of the REDUCE program, Arista Power will deliver a demonstration of the system in approximately 3 to 6 months at CERDEC. The program has a Phase Two option for CERDEC to provide additional funding for continued development upon the successful completion of Phase One."
Will Phase Two bring in a lot more funding than Phase One?
Most likely Arista has non-military contracts pending as well. Looking forward to future PRs!
