The Company has subsequently completed a 66 drill hole program and is undertaking detailed metallurgical work to confirm halloysite and kaolin content. Once completed, the metallurgical results will be folded into a pre-feasibility study along with a re-assessment of the capital and operating cost estimates.
Email from CEO Pineau in reply to questions regarding the gov agency they have a contract with:
"Since this particular project relates to over 1200 sites the agency needs to test the system at several sites before commencing a complete build out. The hypothetical project value of a complete deployment is over $5M so at this point it is more accurate to say that it will lead to large contracts.. 2012 is shaping up as a break out year."
I wonder which gov agency they have the contract with? Let's see, an agency with over 1200 sites? Hmmmmmmm.
