We have entered into an agreement to purchase fuel from JBI. To date we have purchased one rail car of #6 fuel. We are waiting to hear when more fuel will be available. At this point that is all the information we have.

I'm not sure what you mean by stating that the CEO didn't verify ANYTHING. If you read the above he CLEARLY stated that Indigo Energy has purchased on rail car of #6 fuel. Can't be any clearer than that.
