With the Chill on many "bigger holder" can't sell. As soon as it is lifted these individuals will want to get out because of the 'mess' they think they got into.
I'm not saying its a bad thing its just the history of many stocks coming off a chill. I won't be selling and if it gets low enough I will be adding so take the comment as you like.
