Sorry to disagree, man, I appreciate your post and all that you do. I didn't convert to GRAFF but I still think their situation needs to be resolved now. I still remember that when I was at Deutsche Bank, we issued a $500 billion convertible bond for a biotech company in, get this, less than a week (documents, analysis, accounting, marketing, everything!). In fact, it was called an "overnight" transaction. That's what investment bankers do. That, is the appropriate time line. Therefore I respectfully disagree, this stuff should be fixed by now.
