initially i contacted the sec's boston office
because i literally wanted to *hear* what the
lead atty (healey) had to say specific to this

healey has an asst (josh) also an atty handle all
JBI calls

due to other factors i forgot about contacting
the other *martin* .. the chief acct who signed
off on 8/3/2011 .. the last *public* correspondence
on the sec's website (JBI/JBII) b4 civil complaint out on 1/4/12

i rectified that yesterday .. i'm still waiting on a call back

but i'm persistent .. i will keep calling a few X a week
until we connect

as for basics .. since this is out of the boston sec office

letters to 2 senators .. (kerry & brown)

but more important imo is the OIG

i also am in contact with other longs (some of whom did PIPE)
which is how i know that certs were never deposited in any
brokerage firm (to be *borrowed* against as is also the norm)

many of whom have contacted their senators .. filed complaints
with the sec and the OIG
