yep .. that is why i'm watching to see
what comes to pass next to see just how
deep the hooks go into the sec .. or is
it a one off out of the sec's boston office

imo we'll know within weeks .. one way or the other

btw on mgmt's side .. imo next 8k is pak it .. followed
closely by no. 2 processor on line with co. going CFP

someone didn't do their *DD* >> but then when most aspects
on the poorly watched OTC are *controlled* from the get go
