Perfectly valid, because 1) Apple was undervalued and did not buy their own stock; 2) LBSR is undervalued and they are not buying their own stock. That's the whole point.
A company may be undervalued and not buy back their own stock. if they don't buy back their own stock it does not establish that they are not undervalued. That's it.
If I had said that Briscoe is a Steve Jobs then that would be invalid. But I didn't say that.
