So by that logic, every stock trades its actual value on the stock market all the time, right? If so, how would you make money buying undervalued stocks or shorting overvalued ones, hmmm?

Markets are dynamic and MMs are required to buy AND sell to maintain liquidity. There is no "golden goose" stock that's all buys or all sells.

Can you elaborate on what the company is not being transparent about or this mysterious dire financial situation you speak of.

Without proof, it's all speculation (you shouldn't trade on emotions). EOM
