It seems there are a number of grade 3/4 AE's and looks like almost half required dose reductions. I'd imagine it won't be easy to combine this drug so is a low dose potent enough in combo therapy?

That's a fair question. Still happy to see the CR in single-agent treatment even if combining isn't feasible down the road.
