What you should have said was "I don't have any information, I made it up." If you make a statement like that and can't back it up your either a liar or don't know what your talking about. In your case I think its the latter.
As far as lawsuits go I never said I was suing anyone. The fact is you have two completely differing statements in the 8k. That means someone is not telling the truth. Its either whoever wrote the Torvec response or Carlisle. I DON'T KNOW WHO IS TELLING THE TRUTH. But who has more to gain. If Carlisle makes statements which aren't true and they are made with the intent to deceive the public it is an SEC violation. The same is true if it turns out to be the Tovc board who is making false statements. What does Carlise have to gain by making such statements? I don't know. Maybe he's short. Or maybe he's telling the truth.
I asked Torvecian his opinion because he was the biggest Carlisle backer and I RESPECT his opinion. I might not agree with his take on things but he doe's his research and bases most of his posts on some FACTS. He may twist it to the positive but he doesn't make statements like you do with nothing to support them.
