Does it really require shareholder support? I almost think they are doing well by NOT having the support. IMO the silence has actually gotten a few more eyes on this stock. the 47 million LOC may actally be hurting us. With that LOC they don't need to care about the shareholders, and so they don't care about the share price. But with any merger they can do nothing to keep the price down
