Why are they manipulating and holding it down?? Hello, they've allowed 17 million short shares to cover from .02-.04 over the last month or so, you don't think that buying 17 million shares at the ask would have spiked this thing to .50 cents?!? They held it down and distributed shares to their cronies to cover short positions at a lower PPS, any sort of buying of that many shares would have sent PPS through the roof, they let their buddies cover at a lower PPS, simple as that
