Yes, a good additional point there that the Monkey logo is a trademark of the old company "Monkey Rock" and the logo is not to be used or altered by Nissi.
As you said -Monkey Rock LLC, the Sub of Monkey Rock Group Inc. will be spun out once the acquisition is complete and will therefore keep its own identity.
But looking forward that soon enough -Nissi will have its new ticker and name change to the stock here, with its logo in full use! Thanks for the info!!
