sure its good news that the apps are selling, but its not as rosy as it seems. there aren't millions of apps in the app store, last time it was checked it was around 500k different apps, now its probably around 600 to 750k. A lot less apps are sold in hte iPad, hence the higher ranking. 500 for educational app in the iPod doesn't seem high to me AT ALL. Like I have said before to put a dent in some actual sales you need to rank top 100. With awareness, some marketing it could happen. I was expecting a much better PR.

When asked to comment on the strategy behind the acquisition 7th Level Entertainment Group CEO R.J. The initial agreement in the form of a letter of intent provides the framework for a subsequent definitive agreement under which the 7th Level Entertainment Group would acquire a 33% stake in ShoutCrowd Media and would receive a minimum of 2 seats on the 5 member ShoutCrowd Media Board of Directors. The details of the proposed deal will be included in the definitive agreement. The letter of intent outlines additional due diligence, audit work and other terms that must be fulfilled to proceed to the definitive agreement and to subsequently affect a close of the transaction.
