trillions ? Nothing has been proven YET. Everything is speculation at this point. Only reality is 25 million is needed for driling. That means dilution. So you have negative three million book value means -.004 per share(Assets -liabilities). If they increase the OS by 2.5 Billion at .01 price they can raise 25 million. They could issue prefferred/ convertible shares or debt. It will basically have to give way more of shareholder equity to debt holders(if any reserve is proven-Else everyone is screwed)

Simple analysis of the "value" of LBSR: at the climax of pps around 0.19 (after $10M JV announcement with NAK) --even with double dilution due to A&P pay-off, we should be at 0.10.

Okay, even discounting JB's dubious leadership, are we really only worth 0.02??
