MA, ever hear of improvement, the telegraph and Morse Code, ASNAP is cutting edge, VOIP is an infant and may not be crystal clear presently, but you can rest assured clarity bugs are being worked out besides perfection is no barrier to change.

i talk to someone w/ vonage regularly and its much clearer
that talking 2 them w/ their cellular

like i said, a provider needs the "good housekeeping seal of
approvial", that is they need to be ASNAP certified either by
having a voip/cellular infrastructure or to have some kind of
an agreement w/ the infrastructure that their native network
lacks, morover even w/ that native or combined infrastructure
they need to be able to prove that it supports seamless
roaming

it certainly you have not use skype, with my friend introduction, I upgrade my poor speaker and mic, the quality is awesome, clear like the person just stand beside you. one disadvantage I admit is for international call, there wil have somehow few seconds delay for both parties as network traffic.
try it . www.skype.com
