its no inside job...infact, WSML was the first promoter inside job I had ever seen. For the most part, all promos are either scams, or setup by large shareholders that want to dump their shares - doesn't mean you can't get 50-500% before it crashes. I imagine LTSN's deal could relate to converting notes as per recent 8k, so maybe they want the price high enough to force the conversion and get the notes off the balance sheet. Fact is, CEO has dealt with real companies, but has had a past history of dilution - this story is at least very compelling as they recently acquired what looks like a very legit firm with products actually in Walmart:
Bottom line, the promo just started (for that matter, may not have even officially started), so the likelihood of a sudden dump is very thin, and I would expect the first area where it may get dicey is as it approaches $1.50 (that said, never be on cruise control with promos as anything can happen)
