You are technically correct then. Although I assume LULU's worldwide sales volume is greater relative to complaint ration to BRAV. As a company grows, they are more exposed to complaints whether through blogs or through BBB. Those 180 LULU complaints do not seem to be effecting their share price either.
I don't think subjective complaints should be an overall gauge and I am sure LULU agrees. I also do not think our demographic is checking the BBB rating on Bravada before placing a leggings order. Having a good rating certainly does not hurt and should not be discounted.
