I wouldn't go that far BG unless you're only referencing rating agencies such as BBB. I found 2 complaints on Bravada in 30 seconds searching "Bravada Women Ratings" on Google. Not every customer is going to be satisfied with ANY company. For the most part, reviews are subjective and cannot be an overall gauge unless you have a well dated feedback history to pull from.

Examples:

1. Girl looks like crap in workout gear and blames the company for her appearance.
2: Someone has an axe to grind with the company so leaves anonymous negative feedback.
3: Someone wants to promote the company through positive feedback without caring or considering the products quality.

Takes time and pattern to conclude a positive or negative trend. Kind of like trading stocks. lol

The BBB is more concerned with whether the complaints are resolved by the company. The number of complaints is secondary. Further; the BBB advises that the size of the company should be taken into consideration when evaluating the number of complaints.
This is not an argument pro or con - simply supplying information.
