TDA not MMTC!!! (imo) TDA is running the gamit like UBSS, PENSON and Credit Suisse, all fined for naked short selling or not reporting short trades! FINRA flat out states REG SHO is a sham effectively and that the REG SHO Bi-Monthly reports are under reporting and under inclusive.
