It could happen once the company begins it's resumption to trade and as with the previous F/S, an announcement will be made. Really nothing unusual about this.
One other point about this. Once the company begins trading out of the gray's, watch for a series of PR's to conincide with the financial draw. Dilution will happen, that is a very unfortunate event.
