I have had a long working relationship with two individuals at two seperate three letter agencies, I have the ability to get the information you quoted as having to them and start a protected qui tam (whistleblower) action against these people. The SEC is already aware of IWDM. Whether or not they choose to move forward with an investigation is up to them. Either way their policy is not to disclose an active investigation. That's what I've been told directly.
