With Newbauer racking up revenues to the tune of $70k for last year, a banner year, and with all of the clarity swirling around his movie production (shareholders still have no idea how they'll participate in any ephemeral revenues, let alone profit, what does his track record indicate with an eye toward the future?
Whatever this 'film company' is that Newbauer is yacking about, please note that this company did not have any films to display at the AFM. Much like Newbauer, they were sitting in the audience- 'The Wannabees' section. I suspect that this film company will unravel much that same way as Newbauer's latest coup de grâce, ADCS, where he showed shareholders his mighty prowess, that is to say, his utter failure.
Newbauer appears to be a bubbling brook of 'just wait and see' cliches, while making a handy living for himself on the backs of shareholders. How does he repay them for this? Outrageous dilution, reverse split of the stock, DTCC freeze (MIKP and ADCS) and to top it off, coming on this very thread and mocking shareholders that had a few questions.
It's almost time for this company to pack up and join another circus.
When it comes to buying and selling a company, the only thing that matters is if the 2 companies management agree on a sale.
